Our breakfasts are fresh, wholesome and prepared with love.
They typically consist of fresh fruit plus granola, oatmeal, and wheat bran cereal
with a variety of nuts, seeds & dried fruits.
We offer yogurt, milk, almond milk, soy milk, hard boiled eggs, coffee,
and a variety of teas & fruit juices (not from concentrate.)
We use fresh eggs and cheese from a nearby ranch.
There are also some traditional Mexican breakfasts you may want to try during your stay:
Huevos a la Mexicana:
Scrambled eggs with tomato, onion, jalapeño and cilantro served with a side of beans, avocado, and tortillas, plus fruit juice and coffee/tea.
Huevos Rancheros:
Fried eggs over corn tortillas, bathed in salsa and topped with avocado and cheese.
Served with a side of beans, tortillas, plus fruit juice and coffee/tea.
Breakfast burrito or Sandwich:
Eggs any style served over lettuce, tomato and avocado, over bread or tortillas,
plus fruit juice and coffee/tea.

Our vegetarian food is freshly made and delicious! We keep your health and our planet in mind while designing our meal plans - using organic produce and fresh, local cheese and eggs when available.
We are happy to accommodate vegan, gluten-free, raw food and other types of diets to the best of our abilities. We talk with you first to get to know your prefrences, goals and dietary needs to make sure we personalize a meal plan to suit your wishes and style!

Zucchini Lasagna ~ with side of greek or green salad and herb & garlic bread
Veggie Bake ~ served with brown rice, couscous or quinoa, lentils and salad
Gazpacho ~ (cold soup) served with grilled asparagus and fresh baked bread
Falafel ~ with tsaziki, diced tomatoes and shredded lettuce served with pita bread
Pesto Wholewheat Pasta or Quinoa ~ with sautéed veggies and a side of green salad and herb garlic bread.
Vegetarian Chili ~ with homemade, whole wheat corn bread and side salad
Garlic-ginger Veggie Stir Fry ~ with tofu over rice noodles and green papaya side salad
Tortilla Española ~ somewhere between a quiche and an omelette - with sautéed garlic, onions and potatoes, served with caprese salad
Stuffed Veggies ~ Sweet potato & 3 cheese stuffed in peppers or mushrooms or squash served with brown rice, couscous or quinoa & salad.
Veggie Curry ~ a variety of veggies cooked in coconut milk with a choice of spicy thai curry or mild indian yellow curry, served on a bed of rice and a side salad.

~ Veggie Tacos or Burritos : rice, beans, guacamole, salsa, fresh ranch cheese and shredded lettuce or cabbage wrapped in a warm corn or whole wheat tortilla.
~ Enchilada floja : layers of fresh corn tortillas, ranch fresh cheese, veggies smothered in salsa and cheese, baked and topped with shredded lettuce, sour cream, fresh salsa and avocado. *My personal favorite!
~ Fajitas : caramelized veggies served with a side of rice and beans, fresh tortillas, salsa & greens.

~ Whole wheat pasta salad with sweet bell peppers, tomato, cucumber, purple onion, fresh herbs, olives & feta.

~ Hearty Green salad with homegrown sprouts, carrots, cucumber, tomatoes, cheese & boiled local ranch eggs.
